canoeing/KayakingEnjoy the sights of the historical Exe Canal from the water. Paddle in either canoe or sit on top kayak, taking in the local surroundings whilst learning basic manoeuvring skills in a safe learning environment.
As the summer months draw nearer why not look at booking an overnight canoe camp. Starting in the afternoon leave from the Double Locks and paddle to the Turf Locks Hotel where a barbeque and camp can be arranged, followed by a camp fire and marshmallows. The following morning, embark on the journey home returning to the Double Locks at around lunch time the following day. |
